AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Please allow for handling time of 2 business days once your order is received. Delivery times and costs are outlined as below:


Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Express Shipping Australia (1-2 Business Days) — $15

Express Shipping New Zealand (3 Business Days) — $30
 

All Australian & New Zealand orders are delivered by Australia Post between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes. Haluminous are not be liable for any delays in delivery once dispatched from our factory.

TAXES & DUTIES

International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

LATE DELIVERIES

In estimating your delivery time, please note that delivery times may vary from product to product. Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of placing an order. From time to time we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period. 

We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries. 


CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed to ensure modifications can be applied. Please include your order confirmation and order number with this request. Please note if delayed we may not be able to action any requested changes.


ORDER INFORMATION

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. This will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase.

RETURNS POLICY


Each Haluminous garment is handcrafted with great care, using delicate fabrics, and intricate embroideries and embellishments, which we hope you will love. However, we understand that there may be times where you will need to return an item purchased from us. 


AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Returns Policy

Haluminous will happily provide a refund for change of mind items. The refund will be issued once the items are received by Haluminous and assessed as eligible for a refund in accordance with our return conditions laid out below. Haluminous also accepts exchanges only in the event that the size is incorrect. All exchange items must conform to the conditions laid out below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of package delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
  • Items must have all tags, including swing tags and additional beads sealed and attached
  • Items must be full priced: there are no returns or exchanges for any items marked ‘sale’.


Returns for Refund

To request a return for your item, please email Haluminous at enquiries@haluminous.com, within 7 days of package delivery. Please include your order number and contact details. Haluminous will get back to you within 2 business days via email to approve your return request. Print this email confirmation for your return and include it with your returned garment when packaging your return. It is important that this printed email is included with your return so that we can identify your order and refund you accordingly. 

Post your items to the postal address noted in your confirmation email.

Once your items have been received by Haluminous they will be assessed for eligibility for refund. All refunds will be tendered in the way for which the items were originally paid.

We will aim to process your return within 10 business days, however during high volume periods, especially holidays, there may be delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

For all returns the cost of return postage belongs to the sender. Haluminous is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to opt for tracking for all returned items through Australia Post, as Haluminous is also not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post.

Returns for Exchange 

To request an exchange on your item for a different size, please email Haluminous at enquiries@haluminous.com, within 7 days of package delivery. Please include your order number and contact details. Haluminous will get back to you within 2 business days via email to approve your exchange request. Print this email confirmation for your exchange and include it with your returned garment when packaging your return. It is important that this printed email is included with your return so that we can identity your order and refund you accordingly. 

Post your items to the address noted in your confirmation email.

Once your items have been received by HALUMINOUS they will be assessed for eligibility for exchange in accordance with the return and exchange conditions. Once deemed eligible, your new size will be shipped. 

We will aim to process your exchange within 10 business days, however during high volume periods, especially holidays, there may be delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Occasionally, the size you require for an exchange may not be available. In this instance, Haluminous can offer a full refund for your item and will confirm the availability of the size you require when approving your return request. If possible, we will arrange to have your required size re-ordered.

For all returns the cost of return postage belongs to the sender. Haluminous is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. haluminous advise that all returns use a secure postal service and include a tracking number. haluminous is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to haluminous.

Faulty Returns

Please note that goods are only considered faulty if they are deemed to contain significant manufacturing faults. Delicate and fragile fabrics, embroideries, embellishment and crystal beads are used in the creation of Haluminous garments, which are individually handcrafted. Each Haluminous garment is completely unique and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, colour and fabrication. Embellishments and fabric may change in colour with time and wear, adding to the charm and individuality of Haluminous garments. Due to the handmade nature of Haluminous garments, stitching may be visible inside the garment. These are not faults in the production of the garment and are consistent with handmade quality. Haluminous are not liable for minor faults and flaws that are considered normal in individually handmade products.


Haluminous garments use unique crystal beads which are affixed to garments by hand. Complimentary beads are included with each garment and can be hand sewn to replace beads which may become loose or detach over time. Haluminous designs change seasonally, so if you require extra beading for your garment, Haluminous are happy to supply extra beads within a 3 month period limited to once per garment. To order extra beads, please send an enquiry to enquiries@haluminous.com.

 

The Haluminous team conduct quality checks on all of our garments to verify the good condition of all products. If you believe a garment you have received contains a definite fault with the garment, please contact enquiries@haluminous.com, within 7 days of package delivery. Please include your order number, contact details, a description of the fault and a clear photograph showing the fault. Haluminous team will contact you regarding your submission and may request the item to be returned to us for assessment. If Haluminous assesses that your item is faulty, a full refund for you item, including your return shipping costs, will be issued. All refunds are tendered in the manner originally paid. We will aim to process your request within 10 business days, however during high volume periods, especially holidays, there may be delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

To request a return for your item, please email Haluminous at enquiries@haluminous.com, within 7 days of package delivery. Please include your order number and contact details. Haluminous will get back to you within 2 business days via email regarding your request and instructions for the return.

The cost of international return shipping belongs to the sender and is non-refundable. Haluminous are not liable for any additional taxes or duties which may be applied by customs when returning items.

Haluminous advise that all returns use a secure postal service and include a tracking number. Haluminous is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to Haluminous.
